Relax in two inviting bedrooms – one with plush king-size bed and a lovely balcony, and the other offering the flexibility of a king-size bed or two cozy single beds, along with a massage chair – your comfort is our priority. The expansive living room beckons with two comfortable sofas, that can transform in double beds (140×200 cm) perfect for children or even up to four adult guests.
Enjoy the convenience of a generously equipped kitchen and whip up culinary delights for your loved ones.
Step out onto the terrace, where a grill awaits your next family barbecue under the stars.

There are lots of nearby attractions that are reachable in relatively short amount of time. There are lots of museums, historical and nature attractions, hiking trails, biking trails, etc. with start in the village or reachable in 10-30 minutes.
Apartment is also close to enchanting caves like Škocjan Caves, Vilenica, Divaška Cave, Postojna Cave, and famous Predjama Castle, Lipica.

Is tourist tax included in price?

Tourist tax is not included in price of the room, unless stated otherwise.

How much does tourist tax cost?

Tourist tax is determined by law by the state/municipality. For 2025 it is 3€ /person/night for adults, 1,5€ /person/night for 7-18 years old, FREE for 0-6 years old.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed. However only dogs and cats. For the price, please check our price list.
For other pets you have to get our approval. Dangerous and excotic pets such as spiders, bugs, snakes, lizzards, etc. are especially not allowed and we reserve the right to deny you entry and charge a fine of 200€ if you enter with such a pet.

Do you provide transport from/to airport, railway stations,…?

If you need transportation we can arrange it with prior agreement and depending on the availability. Please contact us so we can discuss options, price or give you reccomendation for our partners.

We would like to stay at your apartment for more than few days. Can we get a discount?

For longer stays we usually give discount, but It depends on the season, available dates, starting price, your requirements,… Please contact us directly and we will discuss it.

If I book directly (make direct reservation instead via Booking, AirBnb, etc.) will it be cheaper?

In most cases yes. Please contact us directly and we will discuss it.

Do you have safe storage for bikes?

Yes. If you will arrive with bikes and need safe storage, we can arrange it in garage, althoug parking behind and infront of the apartment is safe – there was no theft ever in this area. Parking behind the apartment is also monitored with security cameras.

Are towels and bed linen included in the price?

Yes, they are included.
Each guest gets 1 large sized towel (depending on the duration of the stay also gets 1 medium sized towel and additional towels). 2 small hand towels are placed next to the sink in bathroom and toilet.
Bed linen is included, there are also additional blankest and pillows available if needed.

Is kitchen fully equiped?

Yes, kitchen is fully equiped with pots and pans of different sizes, cooking ware, microwave, toaster, water heater, coffee machine, large fridge and freezer, oven, induction stove, dishwasher. There are also some basic ingredients (sugar, salt, oil, pepper,…). There are also various plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery,…
