Price

Base prices through the year. Found better price on another platform? Write us an e-mail so we can make a better offer.

Prices are in € per 1 night. VAT is included in the price of stay. Tourist and promotional tax is not included – see bellow for more information.

Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights.
A shorter stay is possible outside high season 16.09. – 25.04. and occasionally possible by prior arrangement.
In case of booking for 3 – 6 nights, we offer you a 10% discount on the price.
In case of booking for 7 nights and more, we offer you a 15% discount on the price.
For stay with pets, an additional fee of 15€ /pet is charged for every started 2 nights, for longer stay we also offer discount.

Tourist & promotional tax in 2025 is 3€ /person/night for adults, 1,5€ /person/night for 7-18 years old, free for 0-6 years old. It is determined by the state / municipality and may change annually. If it does change, we will notify you.

If you want to make direct payment with bank transfer, we will send you the invoice with price. Transfer has to be made to company’s bank account.

Reservation & cancellation

If the desired dates are available, the reservation is made based on a written agreement about the details of the reservation with the responsible person. The reservation is confirmed when the guest pays 30% or more of the total amount of the reservation, and the payment is visible on the bank account of the company, unless we agree otherwise. The guest is given a pro forma invoice for the 30% of the price of the whole reservation, which needs to be paid within 2 business days after the written agreement for the reservation and sends a confirmation of payment to the e-mail address of the accommodation: apartment.senozece@gmail.com otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

The remainging 70% of the whole reservation needs to be paid until 30 days before the first day of arrival. If the whole reservation is not paid for until 30 days before arrival, the guest is notified and asked to pay the remaining amount immediately. If the remaining amount is not paid 25 days before the arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refunding the prepayment.

The payment of the tourist and promotional tax is not included in the total amount of the reservation, as its amount is legally determined and may change annually. The payment of the tourist tax must be made before the arrival of the guests, for the entire reservation period. The amount for the payment of the tourist tax is calculated with the final payment for the reservation confirmation.

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. Changing the reservation until 30 days before arrival is possible only with prior written approval and depending on availability and prices on individual dates. Changing the reservation 30 or less days before arrival is not possible unless agreed otherwise.

In the event of a no-show on the first day of the reservation without prior notice of the guest’s delay, we reserve the right to cancel the entire reservation. In this case, the guest is not entitled to a refund of any amount already paid. The guest is also not entitled to arrive on later dates within the reservation period, except in cases when the accommodation remains unoccupied and we agree – give written approval.

House rules

Check-in after 17:00, check out until 10:00. Earlier check-in and later check-out are also possible, depending on availability and only with prior written approval.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the spacious Senožece apartment. You can smoke on the balcony and terrace.
Parties, are not allowed. Heavy drinking and use of drugs are strictly prohibited.
It is necessary to respect neighbours and other guests of the accommodation facility and treat them respectfully as you would like them to treat you.
It is forbidden to make excessive noise in the accommodation units. Especially during the night hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., it is necessary to respect night peace and order – also required by law.
Lock the door when leaving the accommodation unit. We are not responsible for the theft of people’s things.
Visitors are allowed only in written agreement with the owner.
You must separate your waste as marked on the trash bins. Separation is required by law.
Our water is drinkable. Let’s save the water; close the tap while brushing your teeth, shave, wash the dishes, etc.
When heating or cooling is turned on keep windows and doors closed. If you open windows and doors please turn off the heating or cooling.

When you are not present in the apartment, make sure that:
• Lights are turned off.
• Electrical devices you do not need are turned off.
• Windows and doors are closed.
• In wintertime / heating season: air conditioning is turned off or set to heating at a maximum of 20°C, bathroom heating is set to 20°C, central radiator heating is set to 20°C.
• In summer time: air conditioning units are turned off or set to cooling at 24°C or higher.

Pets
Dogs & cats are allowed. Exotic & dangerous pets (snakes, spider, frogs, lizzards,…) are not allowed. For stay with other pets we have to give permission. Guests have to clean after their pets. The pets are not allowed on sofas, beds, chairs, rest chairs and other furniture. It is not allowed to use sheets, blankets or towels for pets. They must not be alone in the apartment.
